I hope you have been enjoying your summer! It’s been a busy one but I finally had some time to sit down and complete my latest pattern, Gerard the Gnome! He’s soft, squishy and oh so cute! Make one or make an entire village to decorate every corner of your home. You can never have too many gnomes!
Please feel free to share this blog with your friends and don’t forget to find us on Facebook and Instagram! Thank you for your encouragement and support. It’s difficult to start your own business when it’s mixed with real life, kids and everything in between. You rock!

I love yarn and coffee. They are part of me and when I combine them both, I never know what my hands are going to make.
I’ve been married for almost 20 years and have two fun boys that keep me busy. I’ve been creating things (mostly for my kids) for years but I always used someone else’s patterns. I’m the kind of person that needs a recipe to cook. I can’t just “throw something together” like some talented people can. One day, I decided to give writing my own pattern a try. I am so glad I took the plunge! I was very nervous at first but once I started, I realized that knowing the basics, having years of knitting/crochet experience and using my imagination are key to designing. I’m so thankful to be able to have the skill to create things I love for the ones I love!
I look forward to building friendships and community with other yarn lovers. Thanks for visiting!
